A Physician Marketing Success Story: RMACT

Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT), a fertility practice in Connecticut with 4 locations and 5 physicians has been in collaboration with CarbonFoot Medical since 2009. At the start, RMACT approached CarbonFoot Medical for a comprehensive solution to compliment their internal marketing team’s effort to excel in hyper-locally marketing their medical services to achieve:

  • 1) An increase in patient referrals for RMACT
  • 2) Reduce RMACT’s Cost per Patient Referral (CPR)

Since then, CarbonFoot Medical has provided a full suite of medical marketing services for RMACT to implement along-side their own marketing initiatives. The foundation of all of these initiatives was built on a solid, competitively researched keyword strategy. Services included medical SEM (including paid search advertising and search engine optimization), social media outreach and website design.

Enhancing RMACT’s Website

Just recently, RMACT celebrated the launch of their newly designed website.

To meet the growing demand for online user-friendly experiences, RMACT worked with CarbonFoot Medical for a complete redesign of their existing Wordpress site with a migration to a more advanced content management system, more mobile-friendly responsive design and functionality, and integration into a marketing automation platform known as Hubspot.

In collaboration with RMACT’s practice development team, a unique patient-centric design was created to fit their patient’s needs for fertility testing and treatment services information. The new marketing automation platform allows RMACT to provide visitors with a more intuitive user interface, easier access to content and improved search options for visitors. Along with a more personalized, clean and fresh modern design, patients are able to find their niche and specific treatment paths directly from the homepage – to streamline their experience and customize content and services.
